Frequently asked questions
What counts as a word?
A word is any group of characters. Spaces, new lines, and punctuation are not counted as words. For example, "a" counts as one word, and so does "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious".
What if I reach my word limit?
We'll give you a small amount of extra words past your limit, but after that you'll need to purchase more words.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with any valid credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We use Stripe to process payments. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
How do I get a refund?
If you haven't used any of the words from the purchase you want refunded, we'd be happy to refund your money - just use the chat button in the bottom right corner. Otherwise, we cannot offer a refund.
